We care passionately about our impact on the environment. All our vehicles run on a blend of locally-sourced biodiesel.
Commercial looked at a number of green fuel options before deciding on bunkered biodiesel. The onsite tank facility gives greater control over fuel management and provides better reporting facilities, allowing our fleet manager to monitor improvements closely. Commercial's solution uses a variable computer blending system developed by Data-track with the use of key fob's access system and security pin codes. This allows the driver 24hr access to the pump and is able to blend any quantity from 100% mineral diesel to 100% biodiesel.
Fuel can be blend to specific individual vehicles to maximise potential carbon savings. In addition, by demanding high auditability, waste vegetable oil, containing no palm or soya grown on ex-rainforest has led to the company being a case study for BioNETT.
